dude look it up on-line! you just wasted 10 sec. to type ur question wen u could've gone to Northwest.com. Hello meck fly!!!!!!
3 :
go to NWA.com.. travel tools... click to travel tools and go to destinations.. click on routes... this will pull up airports that Northwest airline service
4 :
Northwest Airlines does have flights in Phoenix Sky Harbor Int'l Airport (PHX) but only to their hub airports of Detroit Metropolitan airport (DTW) with 5 daily flights, Minneapolis / St. Paul airport (MSP) with 8 daily flights and 1 daily flight to Memphis Int'l airport (MEM). However, they do not have any non-stop flights to Los Angeles Int'l airport (LAX) from Phoenix (PHX). Your choice of airlines for non-stop flights to Greater Los Angeles area including LAX, Burbank (BUR), Ontario (ONT) and Long Beach (LGB) are US Airways with their regional carriers, United Express (operated by Skywest) and Southwest Airlines.

Has anyone ever bought (flight) tickets from yahoo travel

Has anyone ever bought (flight) tickets from yahoo travel?
We bought tickets back in Oct when the rates were low for direct flights from Milwaukee to Phoenix. According to Yahoo, the airline has changed out flight to a layover in Atlanta before we get to PHX. According to MKE Airt Tran does direct flights to PHX but they switched it. Is there any leeway with this? This is the first time I've booked tickets.

Yahoo just sells the tickets. They have no control over the airline's flight schedule. If AirTran changed your flight, call them and they will work with you. I have had the same thing happen to me on Delta. I just called Delta, gave them my confirmation number and they worked out something. I do not remember AirTran ever having a direct flight from MKE to PHX so you may have to just connect in Atlanta. Maybe AirTran will help you change your itinerary so you have a more favorable connection time.

When I book a ticket with SouthWest can I get a seat next to somebody who's booking his flight separately

When I book a ticket with SouthWest can I get a seat next to somebody who's booking his flight separately?
I found a reasonable priced flight from Providence, RI to Phoenix. I want to fly together with a friend and if possible we want to sit next to each other. But each one of us wants to purchase our tickets separately. So is it somehow possible that this works out the way I want?

Southwest has an open seating policy. That meaning you pick your own seat once you board the aircraft. So, the key to getting seats together, is to check-in prior to your flight (24hrs) online and get a good boarding number. Then one of you can head down the jetway, board, and save the seat next to you for your friend. Its not hard, just checking in the night before to get earlier boarding will almost guarantee you two seats together.

i purchased a online ticket for southwest houston to las vegas and when they started boarding first came online then everyone else i think but you might want to ask customer service but from what i know they don't have assign seating
3 :
Since Southwest does not have assigned seats, your luck is based on chance. Just get you and your friend to check in exactly 24 hours before departure to get A seating, or you and your friend can purchase "Early-Bird Check-In" which almost 100% of the time guarantees an A boarding position (all the early bird positions are near each other). Good luck!

the only one i know of is Southwest Airlines. Their recent commercials state they don't charge extra for checked bags.
2 :
Southwest does not charge for the first 2 checked bags for every passenger. Jetblue lets you check 1 bag free. Some other airlines don't charge the first 1 or 2 bags if you are an elite member of their reward programs.
3 :
There are no hidden charges, just check what it mentioned when you book the tickets. if a baggage charge is due, you will prompted for payment when booking or told that it will be payable.
