well my family wants to go on a vacation to phoenix,arizona if you can find a good flight that would be awesome ok so here`s the information: from:iad to phx from:03/27/10- 04/03/10 there is 2 adults 1 senior 2 kids age:17 and 10 and we prefer non-stop but 1 stop is ok thanks!

best place to purchase a last minute flight
best place to purchase a last minute flight?
I missed my flight from DCA to Phoenix and need to purchase another ticket. Where is the best place on the web to find great deals on a last minute booking like this? I tried yahoo and orbitz, both quoting me about $300 for a one way. Anyone have an idea where I can find a better deal?

If you take a commercial flight and go non-stop, I'd guess it to be 1 hour and 45 minutes of air time. You can choose to depart from KC or Des moines or St Joe maybe. Just go non-stop whatever you do, if you wish to minimize the trip time. US Airways has a hub in Phoenix. Price them for sure. Check for nonstop routes at www.flightstats.com.

What time will Tom's flight arrive?
Tom has a meeting in Miami, Florida at 10:00AM. His flight leaves the Phoenix, Arizona airport at 4:00AM and arrives three hours later. How much time does Tom have to make it to his meeting? This is a trick question.

Um... if you mean that he arrives at Miami at 7:00 AM, then he has three hours to make it to the meeting. :D

Phoenix is in the MST zone and Miami is EST. Phoenix is two hours earlier. He left for Miami at 6am Miami time, flew three hours, arrived at 9am in Miami, and has one hour to make his meeting. That dude better hustle!

This sounds like a homework problem...... Well in Florida, it will be 6:00AM add on 3 hours to the flight and it will be 9:00AM Tom has 1 hour to get to his meeting And im sure he had a lack of sleep so he's going to have a rough meeting!
