Has anyone heard from US Airways Customer Relations on Flight 614 Phoenix to Atlanta July 30, 2007?
This  was the worst flight I have ever taken and should be on the news. There  were airplane door problems, refueling issues, bathroom light issues,  bathroom water issues and passenger seat problems. It was delayed and  passengers were boarded and deboarded multiple times with little or no  air conditioning in Phoenix 109 degree weather.   We were told that Customer Relations would contact us with some sort of  compensation. It better not be a $10 meal voucher!

I  just had a problem with US Air a few weeks ago.  I went to  www.usair.com/feedback and complained.  I never heard anything from  them, but then I got a $150 flight voucher from them in the mail.  So,  try going there and complaining and see what happens.
